WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

All of our items are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address:
+ Worldwide: FedEx, DHL
+ China: DHL, SF Express
+ Hong Kong SAR: Local Express Courier, SF Express

+ Japan: FedEx, Sagawa, Yamato
+ Korea: FedEx, Lotte

+ Macau SAR: SF Express


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

Our shipping costs differ depending on where the order is shipping to and how fast it’s getting there. You can enjoy free shipping on orders with regular priced items over USD300.

 

MY ORDER IS STILL “IN PROCESS.” WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed (this excludes weekends and local public holidays). Archive items will require an additional 1-3 business days to process. We'll send your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

 

MY ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED BUT I NO LONGER WANT IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you no longer want your order and your order is eligible for return, you're welcome to return your item to us. If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, or do not pick up the order at our physical store, all associated duty/tax fees and return costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Final sale, Archive and made-to-order products are non-refundable.

 
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you love our items but if you changed your mind, you can return & refund the selected items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.  

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.

We recommend you return your items using the packaging your order arrived in. If you're unable to do this, please find a suitable alternative. Make sure any designer boxes or cases that came with your order are also protected within your returns packaging. If you return your item without protecting the designer boxes or cases that came with your order, you may not receive your refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM ?
At the moment we do not offer any exchange service. If you’d like a different size or colour you may return the items and place another order.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

We process all returns as quickly as we can, but please be patient with us as sometimes it can take up to 10 business days. We will contact you as soon as your return has been processed.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

We definitely understand that you want to get your refund ASAP. We will refund you the same day we process your return, but the refund may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. Sometimes, refunds might not show up in your account until your credit card’s next monthly billing statement. These are estimated processing times:

+ PayPal: 5 -7business days
+ Alipay: 5 -7 business days
+ Apple Pay: 5 -7 business days
